Michelle has worked side by side with administrators, teachers and students across the country to develop deep flexible math knowledge. Her teaching passion is around creating, innovating, and communicating mathematical thinking. She prides herself on building trusting relationships with teachers and students, which fosters a safe learning environment for risk-taking. Her vision is centered around helping teachers support students developmentally to build a positive math identity. She holds the firm belief that all students can learn and every voice is valued.
