Metamorphosis believes in building a culture of learning at every level by focusing on the essential links between deep, flexible content knowledge, pedagogical skills, and the development of collaborative habits of mind.
We offer these primary services: Content Coaching, Learning Communities, Workshops for Teachers, Equity, Inclusion + Integration Workshops, Math Clubs for Students, and Workshops for Parents. All services are available in person or virtual formats.
Educators, Schools, Districts & Organizations
We support educators, schools, and organizations to develop their expertise in rigorous evidence-based and research-validated methods. These include content coaching, classroom discourse development, robust lesson design and reflection, and refinement of teacher pedagogy. We also support school data teams in learning to measure and assess the learning environment using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
Students & Families
Engaging students, families and caregivers in supporting positive mathematical identities in children is important to us. We advocate for a joyful and natural way of approaching mathematics and problem-solving outside the classroom. We work with people of all ages to help them build a positive relationship with math.
